This is the TBSL CBA(Collective Bargaining Agreement). It will talk about a lot so let's get started. This was agreed to by all of the Commissioners.
This CBA Agreement will start before this Free Agency, and end in 2016 offseason.
The league cap will be at 68 million.
Unrestricted Free Agents
To sign a UFA, you will have to contact an agent. They will decide which offer is best for the player being offered by his wants. You must do this by the PM feature. For the big name signings, please host a press conference with your new star.
Following a signing of a free agent, some people sign just to trade. Personally as Commissioner I tend to do that. The agreement has that you must wait 15 games before trading a UFA recently signed.
To get a player more intrigued to an offer, you may add a NMC or a NTC. NMC(No Movement Clause) means that there cannot be any movement. For this league, we will set that as just to waivers. Where as a NTC(No Trade Clause) is where a player can not be traded. If you want to trade a player you have signed a NTC to, there is a group of GM's that will decide if the player would like to waive his NTC.
Restricted Free Agents
We should start off with the RFA compensation. Instead of money, we would like to use overalls.
